Do you offer in-store or curbside pickup?Updated 10 months ago

In-Store & Curbside Pickup is available at all three Stan's Shoes locations, both Goodmiles Running Company Locations and The Vionic Store in Brookfield, and Waxberg's in Niles, IL during normal business hours. 

This service is designed for your convenience!

How-to In-store or Curbside Pickup at Stan's, Goodmiles Running Company and The Vionic Store:

• Select "Pick-up in-store" at checkout.
• Choose which location you would like to pick up your order.
• When your order is ready for pickup, our team will contact you via phone/email to let you know your order is ready.
• Pickup may be available same-day or in a day or two depending on which store your shoes are located when you place your order. Please wait for an email or phone call from our staff to confirm your order is ready for pickup.
• For In-store pickup - walk in to your designated pick-up store and head to the checkout counter.  If it's busy, don't forget to grab a number at the front of the store.  Let a team member know that you have a pick-up and we will get you your shoes ASAP.
• For curbside pickup - Drive up to your selected location and give a call to that location.
• Your order will be delivered right to your vehicle trunk or backseat.
• If you are having someone else pick up your order for you, please let us know in advance.

There are no returns at this time via our Curbside Pickup service.
